I use to use random 2in1’s from the supermarket and as soon as I switched to the 2fresh shampoo and conditioner I felt the difference instantly. It cleaned my scalp without overstripping and leaving my hair dry and the conditioner hydrated my hair but didn’t leave it flat.

Great question on layers, and glad to help. For 3B curls specifically, layers are usually a really good move. Curly hair without any layers tends to get heavy toward the ends and can fall into a bit of a triangle shape, since the curls stack on top of each other rather than bouncing. Layers remove some of that bulk, which lets your natural curl pattern actually show rather than getting weighed down.
The one thing that genuinely matters here, get them done by a barber or stylist who actually knows how to cut curly hair specifically. Curly layers cut the wrong way (or cut on dry vs wet hair incorrectly) can end up looking choppy or uneven, since curls behave differently than straight hair once cut. Worth asking whoever you go to if they've got real experience with curly cuts before booking in.

I wish it was specific to how much product to use though.

Smells very good like the shampoo. With wet hands it kinda slides around.
Overall. These products are very good and i'll continue to use them. I'll try to figure out how much to use of both.
BUT.
My straight hair falls flat quicker when styled after washing it, which means it slighty over strips to be honest.
Would recomend product, probably best aussie shampoo. 9/10 product. Great job Ryan 2 fresh.

I know these are marketed as being for men, but honestly, they’re AMAZING for girls too! I have long hair that tangles easily and gets oily pretty quickly, and I’ve noticed such a difference since using this duo. My hair feels clean, soft and so much easier to manage without feeling weighed down.
What I really like compared to other shampoos and conditioners I’ve tried is that the formulas actually feel like they’re doing something for my hair rather than just making it smell nice. The shampoo has ingredients like jojoba esters, quinoa and ginseng, while the conditioner has argan oil, panthenol (pro-vitamin B5), quinoa, avocado and olive oils, which I feel really help with softness and detangling.
And the smell!! 😍 The peppermint and menthol leave my hair smelling SO fresh without being overly sweet or heavy. Definitely recommend, even if you’re a girl with long, oily, easily tangled hair — don’t let the “for men” label put you off! 💕
