We ship Australia-wide only.

Processing time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Shipping rates Flat rate shipping of $4.95 AUD on all orders, Australia-wide.

Delivery times Standard shipping: 3-5 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control including carrier delays and remote locations.

Order tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Lost or damaged orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at support@2fresh.com.au and we will work to resolve the issue.

No international shipping We currently only ship within Australia. International shipping is not available at this time.
